The surface color is optional and can be customized for production. The design is divided into flat plates and curved plates.
Introduction and analysis
The aluminum honeycomb panel mainly uses 3003 series aluminum alloy as the bottom panel, with a thickness of 0.8-1.5mm. The honeycomb core has a high energy density of 50mm and can bear 9/1 of its own weight. It is sprayed with baking paint, which is completely free from acid rain and weathering. The honeycomb core is hexagonal, with a thickness between 0.04-0.06mm and a large length of about 5-6m. The honeycomb panel is like a whole, and when subjected to a force at a point, the force is dispersed throughout the entire panel, which has a unloading effect. This is also a manifestation of the flatness of the panel.
Installation method
Hanging ear type, flipping edge type, and buckle type, each installation method has a unique method. Hanging ear type is simple, fast, and convenient, while flipping edge type installation is convenient. It is suitable for processing flat plates and not suitable for shaping plates. Buckle type installation belongs to high requirements for building use, with high precision processing requirements. It belongs to engineering customized panels, and the installation method is also relatively simple and practical.
